proud Malaysian

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah.
i just got back from doing umra. alhamdulillah for this one precious oppurtunity. the very first time in my life riding on an aeroplane from Malaysia transit in Mumbai and continue straight to Jedda. alhamdulillah. everything went fine.

i sat besides the window and got the chance to see the beautiful views. alhamdulillah again. seeing the Malaysia logo on plane's wing makes me feel proud enough to be one of the Malaysians. honestly nothing beats how peaceful Malaysia is. in Mumbai, i don't really feel insecure i tell you. i don't know why. you can't take wudhuk in prayer room in Bombay airport because males can see women's aurat as they have no door for wudhuk room. males and women take wudhuk in the same place. so we, women jemaah took the wudhuk in the toilet yet it's not as simple as that.

actually we can't take wudhuk in toilet as well as the cleaners of the toilet strictly against it. they don't want the floor to be wet. they told us there was one incident where someone fell and got a serious injury because of the wet floor in the toilet. whenever we came out from the toilet, they will immediately approaching our toilet room to check whether it is wet or not. i don't feel comfortable. at all.

in jeddah, most of them will try to trick you by taking your luggages and if you want your luggages back, you need to pay them. but alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly fine. Allah protects us. i believe this never happens in Malaysia.

all in all, everything is worth it. i will always and forever be a proud malaysian. when i was in bombay, on my way back to malaysia and was waiting for my flight (malaysia airlines) i was so happy to see the pilots, stewards and stewardess getting ready to get into the flight. i was so happy to see my boarding pass as it showed Malaysia's logo. i was homesick. i miss Malaysia weather. i miss every little thing about Malaysia. i miss masakan melayu. i was so happy when i was on my seat. i was so happy when the stewardess announced "please enjoy the entertainment that we served" before we depart.

i was very happy when the steward and stewardess spoke in bahasa melayu as i felt at home. i love when they announced that "to all the passengers, please fasten your seat belt as we are going to be landed in few minutes" i really love when the pilot announced, "this is your pilot speaking, we are now in KL International Airport on sunday and the weather is 26 degrees celcius and the time is 15 minutes passed 8 p.m." and the best feeling ever when the pilot announced " to all the passengers, welcome to Malaysia and to all the Malaysians, welcome home" "kepada semua penumpang, selamat datang ke Malaysia dan kepada warga tempatan, selamat pulang ke tanah air."

the feeling i felt is just to be shared. i really blessed living in Malaysia. ouch, i'm being so patriotic. so touched. aww. please sorry not sorry. alhamdulillah for the 10 hours of safely journey and 6 hours in transitting in Bombay ya Rabb. alhamdulillah. alhamdulillah for protecting us in mecca and medina and from people's bad intentions to us. alhamdulillah.
